Training

We offer bespoke training sessions to architect, developer and construction companies covering topics including protected species legislation and relevant planning policy, ecological surveys and their seasonality, and mitigation measures. Within the training we often use case studies and Q&A sessions to demonstrate when ecological surveys may be required and the potential implications of finding protected species on a site.

Over the years we have also conducted presentations within universities and higher education centres on ‘Careers in Ecology’, ‘How the Ecology Sector Has Changed’ and ‘Ecology as an Industry’. These sessions are often pitched to students as an insight to the industry and can include a Q&A session at the end.
